Matching balances do not prove every date or description is correct.Synthetic data. No financial file is analysed.
The intended workflow makes room for checking, not just converting.
A native PDF, a scan or a mixed document. Check pages, account and currency before extracting.
Keep debit and credit signs, dates, descriptions and source references visible. Resolve ambiguity rather than guessing.
Excel for review and analysis; CSV for a defined import schema. Check the receiving software’s required columns.
Organise statement rows before accounting import. An export does not replace the ledger or reconcile it automatically.
Work with dates and numeric amounts, while keeping accounts and currencies separate.
Prepare older monthly statements when a usable native bank export is not available.
Check the bank’s own export first. A specialised converter is not always necessary.
Often the best starting point if the required period and columns are available. Availability varies by bank.
A free, open-source option for selecting tables in text-based PDFs. Scans require a different method.

Not yet. The interactive statement is synthetic; there is no upload or extraction. You can send an access request through the form, without creating an account or purchasing immediate access.
Both are envisaged, including multipage documents. Coverage, file limits and processing quality still need technical validation; no universal bank compatibility is promised.
Dates, descriptions, debits, credits and available balances, with a review of ambiguous or missing values. Excel and CSV are planned. A source value and a calculated check must remain distinguishable.
No. Opening balance plus credits minus debits is an arithmetic check. Two errors can cancel each other out. It does not establish authenticity, detect fraud reliably, or certify accounting compliance.
Identical-looking transactions may be legitimate. They must not be silently deleted. Different accounts and currencies should stay separate; no exchange rate is invented.
This website does not accept them. The future processing providers, storage, retention and security arrangements are not yet defined. No promise about those future arrangements is made here.
No. The price is a non-billable research hypothesis. Requesting access records your interest; it does not subscribe you, charge you or provide immediate product access.
